riverBI LLC uses social media and different kinds of third-party websites. riverBI LLC uses social media websites to interact with the general public. Social media websites are used to publicize information surrounding service & product offerings; and further engage with members of the public. riverBI LLC also uses technologies to measure the number of visitors to our websites and their various sections to help make decisions regarding our websites. In such cases, the third-party application may request an email address, username, password, and geographic location (e.g., email, or ZIP code) for account registration purposes. Any PII passively collected (i.e., not solicited) by such third-party websites and solutions will not be further transmitted by riverBI LLC; and no PII will be disclosed, sold or transferred to any other entity outside riverBI LLC, unless required for law enforcement purposes or by statute.
riverBI LLC relies on online surveys to collect opinions and feedback from customers and visitors. The principal system used to measure such feedback is the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Surveys are to be submitted on a voluntary basis. Survey data is available only to managers and other designated staff who require this information to perform their duties.
